I would like to join your challenge for the motivation and encouragement. I haven't posted around here in a very long time. I've been around 305 for a long time but in the last week I've already lost 11 pounds. Amazing how you can start losing once you don't have much to eat.
But the first of the month is soon so I'll be ok.
So I'm starting the challenge at 294. It's probably been 20 years since I've been below 300 so I am really psyched! I would like to reach 275 by Thanksgiving.
