Pass the stuffing challenge Starts oct 28
This challenge is going to start Monday October 28. This will give us 30 days to lose what we want before thanksgiving. Surprise those relatives with the new you!

If you were in the Fall Challenge than you know how it goes.

Here are the basics. Give your weight at starting and your goal weight. If you want to wait right before the challenge that's fine. If you were on the fall challenge then we can use your weight at the end of the challenge.
You weigh on whatever day you choose and post at least once a week.

This is cool! I want to join! So I'm 245 now, I want to be 235 by Thanksgiving! Not sure if thats too much or too little.


Nov 5: I am 236.5 pounds now! .5 from goal and still far from thanksgiving so I'm going to go ahead and change my goal to 230! Wooo!

I want to join. I think this challenge will be exactly what I need. I will be weighing in daily and working to stay on track every single day up to Thanksgiving. I will be seeing people on Thanksgiving day who haven't seen me in person in months I want to get as much as I can off for that day.
Instead of starting the 28th though I want to start it tomorrow. I would start today but I don't have today's weigh in info.. I haven't been on track with my eating in days. I overeat just enough to keep me from dropping more weight. I've been sort of stuck around the same numbers a couple of weeks or so now.

So here I go.. I want to stay on track as many days as I can up until Thanksgiving day. I will log in my weight and exercise daily. I won't bother listing all my foods but I will put how that went too.
I hope you don't mind me doing this. I found your challenge would work perfect for what I need to do to stay accountable. I will think of a goal weight when I find out my weight in the morning. edited to add that my ticker and profile weights are wrong. I know I'm probably a pound or two higher now. is this ok? I can also weigh in weekly if you do a spreadsheet or something.

Oct 24-235 lbs exercise was 20 minute Jog and 10 minutes on Elliptical eating was great!:yes:
Oct 25-233 lbs exercise was 20 min. Jog and then later a 10 min jog. Eating was great!
Oct 26-231.2 20 min Jog I think ate a little too much in the evening.
Oct 28-334.2 so far 20 min Jog
Oct 29-234 Only 10 min Jog
Oct 30-234 Had a good day. No jogging though but went to clean my parents house. Got plenty of exercise there LOL
Oct 31-232.8 20 min jog/run then another 20 min jog/run
Nov 01-233

Sounds good. You can start tomorrow if you like. I think I will be starting Saturday. We are finishing up the fall challenge on that day and this one can start then for me since it is my normal weigh day. You post as often as you want about anything, this is your challenge and support thread for thanksgiving.
Just think how awesome you will look!

I'm going to jump in here.... thank you cleancowgirl...

I have been doing well but want to keep on that track. I will be seeing several people I have not seen since May and I would love to surprise them. I know they have heard me talking of it and seen some pictures but it's so different in person! I am going to start on Monday which just happens to be my official weigh in day! I usually weigh in every two weeks but, I think I will weigh in once a week for the challenge. Yay! Looking forward to this!

My Goal: Lose 10 Pounds

10/28 (Start): 282.4
11/4: 277.9
11/11: 279.2 - I need to drink more water. I have been very dehydrated and I think I am retaining a lot of water. Still the wrong way to go to meet my goal!
11/18: 277
11/25: 274.6
11/28 (Final): 272.8

Total Loss: 9.6 Oh so close!!

Good morning!
I was so happy to see 235 on this morning's weigh in. That's 60 lbs lost since the end of May. I will be busy this morning but I'm planning on doing great today with eating and exercise. I usually set 10 lb monthly goals.. and started to set that for my goal here.. but I think I'm going to 12 lbs! I will check back in later on today..

I am going to start a little early. Thanksgiving is on a Thurs so I thought I would start on a Thurs too. I am 226 today and at the end of this challenge I hope to be at least at 218.
During this time I really want to focus on spending more time on my treadmill. I have been doing 1.5 miles for a while and today I just bumped that up to 2 miles a day. I want to get up to 3 miles by Thanksgiving too.
And I should be able to get a ticker before then too!!!!

Hi everyone. I am jumping back on the wagon and would love to join you all. I will be starting Monday. My b day is this weekend and I know I probably wont stay on plan. I want to lose 10 pounds, stay in my calories range and exercise everyday. Will update Monday morning with my weight.
