Weigh-in day!!! I did so well the first month I thought I needed to update my goals so that's what the extra number is for.

2/21: Goal: 188. Actual 188.4

I didn't hit goal this month, but I'm hoping its due to TOM, and I'll have a little whoosh in a couple of days!

This morning I was at 181.4, so I'm calling that close enough to my 181 by 3/21 date! So far I have been .4 pounds above goal each month. I could live with that!

I was down to 169 before Easter but I took a week off.......bad choice! Back on it and changing my goals accordingly.
