Forgot to check in on the 21st...oops!
I had originally posted that I wanted to make my ultimate goal(145lbs) by the first day of summer. But after some reflection of my weight loss the last few weeks, I realize that it is not going to happen. I have been losing about 1 lb a week, so I have changed my monthly goals to a 4lb loss each month. If I get more, well that is awesome!!
