I'm in hopefully this will give me the incentive to keep on the straight and narrow again I've got to be realistic and go by my past average weight loss which is just over a pound a week.
I've left June blank as if things go according to plan I should reached my goal of 140lb in May and will see how I feel about losing a bit more then
This is a great for long term accountability. I'm in. I'm hoping to lose about 2kg a month. I think that should be doable.

Hey! I've been off the forum for quite awhile and now back ready to push towards my goal by June 1st 2013. This is perfect for accountability. Weighing in twice a month is a good plan. I won't put the numbers in, and as long as the scale is going down I'm happy. I tend to lose weight slowly, so this works perfect.

I will love to join!! I need something like this to keep me accountable. However, I don't think I can make it to my final goal (114) by then, so I'll put in a mid-term goal for now. I will check in twice a month as well.

I need this challenge! I'm not sure how things will go for me. Of course, right now I'm incredibly impatient and want to lose everything NOW. I will set goals for this thread one month in advance, but I do have long-term goals planned out on my spreadsheet. Let's see how I do.

I'm in! I weigh 213.4 today, My 48th birthday is July 6th. I'd like to lose 50 lbs by my birthday! So by June 1st, I want to lose 45 lbs. I do have a tendency to lose slowly, but I will give it my best effort. I'll be happy if I can get down to 170 by my birthday. Then I'll assess from there how much more I want to lose. I know my ultimate goal is to have my BMI in the "Normal" range. So my ultimate long term goal is to weigh 164 or less. So I'll say 175 by June 1st!
