Hi Everyone,
I had an idea, to add a little extra time for us to lose. Since Summer begins officially on June 21st, 2013, can those of us who need that extra 3 weeks, weigh in one last time on that day? So the first of every month, then the last weigh-in on June 21st. I know I'm gonna need every last day I can Squeeze in! What do you guys think? I know ultimately I could join another challenge at that time, but it would be fun to see this one to the beginning of Summer. The last 3 weeks can be our sprint to the finish!

So after reading a thread about goal weights I have decided to get rid of my "final" goal weight for right now. I just don't know where I'll want to be by that time. So instead I am breaking it up into mini goals. First two will be 10 lbs each. Then probably do 5 lbs increments until I feel I have met my "happy weight" place. I still want to stay in the challenge, but I'll just adjust the goals on my post that I plan to edit thoughout.
Still so excited that we are getting this challenge underway so early.
I'm in as well. I don't know exactly what my goal weight will end up being, but when I get there at some point between December and June, I will then want to maintain of course -- this is a great way to check in!

Yeah, I may adjust as we move forward too. My goals are kind of a guestimate at this point. I do have to be mindful of not becoming obsessive about it as my first priority is to stop my bingeing behavior (which I've been fairly successful with recently). That said, I am not happy with the weight I'm at now, so I do need to find a way to get the weight off w/o triggering bingeing. I'm glad we started early too; more time = slower/healthier weight loss.

Welcome! Looking at your stats you have done AWESOME so far. It's good to see the success of other people.
Soooo I've regained 15 of my hard earned pounds back, ugh!!! Back at it, the challenges really help so here goes...
Plus, I want to be comfortable this summer and actually wear shorts again!
I've decided to start out at 5 pounds every two weeks and slow down as I get smaller..
