I am an advocate of fitting treats into your calories/plan and not being deprived,
but those "treats" have snuck in a bit too often for me and are close to becoming a regular thing instead of a treat. I need to get back to the habit of only having a small something one day a week and otherwise use my calories on food that provide something for my body.
So my goal is not to eat anything I consider a treat except on Fridays.
Is there anyone who'd like to join me in being accountable with your own goals? Of course everyones definition of what a treat is/how frequently to have one will be different. The point of this challenge isn't to avoid certain foods, and not necessarily about being within a specific calorie range or always staying OP, but instead just to get more nutrition for the calories.
