Aleksandra... It's good not to push yourself, I want to lose fast but as long as I lose 1 lb a week I'm happy, because it's still progress
the smaller you get & less you weigh the slower your body will usually allow you to lose. Since you're 5'8, 170 in a normal range your body is making sure you don't lose to much. Now if we could just get our minds to let our bodys know we want to be a certain weight and then it can stop... Lol... That would b helpful! Haha. & yes that's my pic, thank you so much for the compliment!!

I like walking at night or mornings when it's cool outside. If u walk to a certain place, you have to walk home or your stuck lol!*
