Well, there were unanticipated "surprises" with DD's surgery, but she was still allowed home. I wasn't able to do the gym, but was carrying her throughout the night for restroom and such, so I consider that a pretty good workout and no sleep... but have the weekend to recover, so it's all good. Due to the surprises, the doctor is takes back his optomism of this surgery having helped her... and a knee replacement (which I told them from start I am so again in a 15 yr old) may be unavoidable as we have literally exhausted all other alternatives. My hope is that in a couple weeks, she will work through this pain and she will do better than they believe possible
If not, we will take it from there... and I will have the weekend to re-train her on her leg before school starts Monday
I am 1 day off my fitness plan, but have not swayed a millimeter off the nutrition end... that being said, I remain optomistic to my Wednesday weigh-in since I do still have the weekend to juggle in some extra strength training even if it's on the same day as the intense cardio.... who knows... maybe be able to hang right in there at goal even with the obstacles

This will be your month to say goodbye to the 130's & hello 120's!! You can do it!!
do you keep a food journal? That really helps me
