Wow dixiemae! I did a partial version of most of those things! I didn't know what half of them were! lol

i will do better research next time!!

I challenge the person below me to walk in place for an entire tv show! any length Bonus points of you do it for an hour long show! lol

i agree with fauxtini--- i let that one pass to the next person as i didnt know what half of them were--- but i have to admit i would have looked them up if i wasnt busy grading papers all weekend--- i'm almost done now and just have one class left to grade---so i'm taking the evening off to work off some tags and get my workouts in---

DIXIE! I just sat down to youtube the exercises and they were gone!!!!! Im sos sad! I have been busy so i never had a chance to do them!!

I took your challenge Fauxtini. I did a set of 50 did 20 shoulder rolls 10 each direction then did 50 more. They were wall push up, but push ups. I challenge the person blow me to do the same. Do as many push ups as you can with 2 breaks only. Pat

Took your challenge Fauxtini, and tit was great fun! I lloed like a fol since i had my headphones on!

I challenge the person below to do as many crunches as they can any style in a half hour show, take whatever breaks needed but o longer than 5 mins!
