Hi Ladies
Yesterday morning I weighed 170.8 so I didn't make my goal of 5lbs but I did lose close to 4. However I didn't do so well yesterday, I almost made it without any soda but later on I caved and had a root beer

and had way too many sweets. We ended up staying the night at my parents because we were both tired and didn't feel like making the drive home. Then we left there today and went shopping and ate at a chinese buffet. My husband tried to talk me out of eating there but I was hungry, tired, and cranky and I wanted chinese food. My sister and I did get the walk in yesterday so that was good. I don't even want to weigh tomorrow. But its back on track from here.
