Julie, you are almost to MY goal! I don't know if it will be enough for me and might reduce mine when I get closer to goal. My first goal was 164 as I didn't want to be clinically "overweight" anymore. I just find now I am still not where I want to be.

I weighed today, and I'm at 241. Darn. I love Christmastime, but I'll be glad when it's over so there's not caloric badness surrounding me!

Yeah, I don't know exactly where I'll end up. In all honesty I could live a happy & healthy life at this weight. But I think that if I'm eating and exercising in a way that's healthy, I will settle lower.

Schumeany, I think, is also 5'7", and wearing a size 4 verging on size 2 at 135. So your body type makes a big difference, 'cause I won't be no size 4/2 at 135!

Oooh..size 4 or 2 both sound really nice. I am wearing an 8 and some 6's fit fine too.
