A quick 2.20 miles this morning, too hot to go longer, I had to resort to biking instead!

June challenge miles: 70.52

Almost into July people, wow did this month go by FAST!

Mstigger -- Way to go getting 103 miles in June (maybe even more before the month is over!)! I nominate you to start the July thread, whoo hoo!

I did a 7.08 miler this morning, and that will be my last run for June. Yay! I'm happy with the mix of running, biking, and swimming I'm doing, though it was hard to wean myself off all the run mileage.

Final June challenge mileage: 77.60

Looking forward to July!

I totally petered out at the end .... I'm at 88/100. Maybe I'll walk 12 miles tomorrow to make my goal !!

Congrats to everyone for such a great job this month. I think I'll be more realistic for July - maybe 75. When I make that, I can always set a new mini-goal, right?

did 1.7 with cranky tired children this am. I think I should get double credit

92.9 for june! trying to get long run in before day's end, don't know if I can get it done...

I wasn't sure when I signed up if I could make it or not, and I did it (with 25% more than I needed!!!)

65 miles!

Not too bad, since 3 months ago I was doing nothing, and work full time with two young children.
