I'm asking because I'm so curious about how you motivate yourself to do TWO workouts. I fight with myself every day just to do one. I still haven't worked out today, but I've sort of been on a roll with my final, so haven't wanted to break the streak. Strangely, I've found plenty of time to come to 3FC several times. Hmm.
For me it means I'm doing 2 separate workouts and I generally do 1 in the morning and 1 at night. So today, for instance, I only had biking on my training schedule and my husband will go riding with me tonight when he gets home from work. But I decided to go ahead and do a 3 mile walk this morning just for the fun of it (I didn't run because I have my weekly long run -- 8 miles -- tomorrow morning and I want my legs pretty fresh for that!)

For me exercise is the EASY part of being healthy, food management is so much harder. I love sports: I run road races and I compete in triathlons (swim/bike/run), so getting my fitness levels back up is simply a pleasure. It is all VERY much harder to do carrying all this extra weight, though, so I get faster as I get lighter. Thank god.

Thanks gain for all the congrats! I surprised myself. TOM is coming and I think my high energy, lower weight might not be with me for a week or so! hehe

As for the 2 workouts thing. sometimes when i do my morning workout it just pumps me up and i WANT to do more. It's very unlike the 'old' me.. and i like it! I find after forcing myself for a bit, it becomes a lot less of a struggle to grab the ol sports bra and just do it!

These challeneges help! When i hae to type my weight on here ech morning I want it to be a smal success each time. hehe Im like a puppy searching for approval! hahahah not really. but you know..

I feel the same way, Josephine. I could exercise all day, but it's not going to do me much good if I go eat Taco Bell (my weakness) after...

I stayed the same, which I expected. So 211.5.

I did make myself workout late yesterday. I got on the treadmill for half an hour. I think I'll do a workout video today. I'll try to get to it earlier too!

Nice job FCBG! I knew it would come off! I bet it was the pasta!

Have a great day, everyone!

Awesome FCBG!!! I told you you were gonna kick some *** this week! lol
And way to go to Tyler and KD!

I, on the other hand have seen a sharp spike on the scale to 281.5...... I worked out TWICE yesterday and the only BAD thing i ate was one friend wonton. TOM is lurking.. can I blame it on that? hehe Whatever... NO use to get upset about it. It's just hard going from a good week to that!
