Eny- hope you kick the Strep soon. I know its a bugger and when ANYONE in the house comes down with it here we are on germ patrol big time. No sharing of water bottles, no community popcorn bowls. With 3 kids under 8 and two wimpy grown men, I avoid the spread at all costs. Good luck to ya!

I am up on the ole' scalito right now. TOM is weird this month. And I'm sure that eating out 5 times has not helped. Absolutely the WORST 3 days I have had since finding this site, blog, thread. So since mid february or so. I have to snap out of it.
We didn't hit the lake today. Went tooling around town instead, stop by BF's mama's, went to Home Depot, went to liquor store, took a nap, now ready to clean the house. PINKY PROMISE TO BE BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW.
although - I do it a different way - 3 days a week I do the ab routine that comes with the Slim in 6 video. Now I'm going to attempt - starting tomorrow to do it in the morning - and then do my other exercise at night. I figure a 10 minutes in the morning shouldn't kill me - but We'll see how many times I hit the snooze in the morning! The other 3 days I'm doing the 8 minute Thin Thighs. Both GREAT quick workouts.
