Yeah the sugar thing isn't going so well.. Guess it just comes down to self control.
Breakfast- 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast w/grape jelly
Lunch - medium iced coffee with sugar free vanilla
Dinner- a eggplant caprese salad, one 5 oz piece of steak w/half a tbsp of butter, side salad
Snacks- boy were my snacks fattening today! One ounce of cream cheese, 10-15 chocolate chips, 4 chocolate FILLED strawberries, 4 choc covered Acai berries
You guys im gonna aim for a seven day no sugar.. Starting tommorow. Only fresh fruit doesn't count, no chocolate anything.. I gotta shake it out of my system
