Well, I screwed up a bit yesterday. I ate about 2700 for the whole day. Pizza and wings were involved. We were tired and I didn't want to cook, so that's what we got.
However, I don't feel that terrible about it. I stayed on plan today and don't feel any cravings or hunger. Made a nice stir fry with brown rice and lots of veg for supper. Usually I give up after a day like that and say pfft, but I didn't this time.
