I've been doing Callanetics (slow, gentle, DEEP muscle work that's similar to Pillates). TOM came to visit and left me feeling icky so I only did 15 minutes yesterday, but I'm planning on an hour today
I need to start walking again, now that it's light enough after work.

wow.. you chicas really now how to work your butt off..
I do good to walk frequently.. and never in long stretches.. i do like.. 10 min 3 or four times a day.. on MOndays and Tuesdays i dont do a darn thing but work and then go to school.. oh.. and shuffle my kids around..
I occasionally can find an extra 40 min here and there and i hit the treadmill for that amount of time.. about 3.0 mph and no incline.. but.. i need to do more.. hopefully.. when school evens out and all i can pick up..
