Default No Carrots on induction?

I have not eaten today yet I know this is not good, but I just don't feel like protein.. I want carbs bad! I would like a nice subway sandwhich or something oh man...

I am also craving carrots and ranch sauce... big time! but we can't have carrots on atkins? Shoot..

Not during induction. Try some celery. Or some cheese. But keep your mind off what you CAN'T have. Yah, I know it's hard on that one. But it gets easier.

induction is like boot camp kinda...
also is there some place you post your before pictures? I am going to take some just to see if any one notices changes every month!

Oh, I tweaked and invented a hot beverage last night. Delicious AND induction friendly!

(I think - let me know if you know better, please!)

Instant coffee w/ 1 pack splenda and cream - and the piece de la resistance - a teaspoon of unsweetened (Bourneville) cocoa! It was absolute HEAVEN

And considering all the willpower I've exercised in walking past endless displays of chocolate easter eggs and assorted other lushness, I think I deserved it!

Well, they don't recommend caffeine. But others drink it. I think that sounds good though. And I'm of the opinion--as long as you continue to lose weight there's no biggy
