I'm new to this I've only been on 3FC or a few days. So how does one join a challenge? It seems a little late for me to join the V-Day Challenge. So far it's 1/26 190 (at 5'3") today 188 .....tomorrow who knows
I joined and haven't lost a thing yet (um....could be the chocolate.) lol Hopefully next week will help me get the 5 pounds I wanted (or did I say 4? I gotta look) gone
hi linda lee, to join a challenge all you have to do is say you want in, copy the last posted list, add your name to the bottom, and update your weight loss when you weigh. re-total the bottom when you add your latest loss.
the numbers in parenthesis are the level that person is on. 1=induction, 2=ongoing weight loss, etc.
Oops, guess I was supposed to put my name on the bottom of here. Almost thinking I shouldn't because I don't think I've lost anything. I do official weigh-ins on Saturday so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised?

I thought about adding it but wasn't sure if I should. If I can lose 2 more pounds and make it through the weekend without a diet cavein I'll be dancing the jig on Monday.

Personally I'm NOT steping on the scale until tomorrow morning. I did really good yesterday until they served the buttered garlic bread sticks with my Chicken Ceaser Salad (No courtons) ......But I figure if I weigh in tomorrow with no weight gain it was a good weekend and on the bright side I still have 13 days to lose 6.5 pounds ....I can do it <hope hope hope> <hey you think they could make this smily face without the bun??? >
