Just look at it as 4 pounds already lost!! Don't give up! I think you've gotten a good amount of activity, but bumping up the activity is always a positive thing. Water is also a really important aspect! I go for 8+ glasses a day.
Started this journey at 333 back in 1/2010. Lost ~45 pounds, fell off the wagon and gained some back.
Back to stay!! August 2012
