Paperclippy - I have a friend who had a breast reduction in her late teens, and then went one to have a baby in her late 20's/early 30's. She was concerned, but hers went back to their post-reduction size after the baby.

WARNING - IF YOU'RE SQEAMISH, DON'T READ ANY FURTHER!

The big drawback is that you can't nurse - or at least she couldn't - as when they did the reduction, they removed the nipple and then reattached it so it looked normal - just was no longer in the "milk production system"

I am in the minority I think. I never had large breasts even when I was 100lbs overweight and when I lost the weight after about 6 months the loose skin on my breasts disappeared (I was 23 when I got to goal). I am about a 34-36AA when I am in top shape, but for me, I think that size is genetic..women in my family are really small chested, so it wasn't a shock (apparently my grandmother never wore a bra).

Even pregnant now, my boobs aren't even a B cup... I am curious to see what they'll look like when my milk comes in.

Me, I'm planning to get a reduction when I hit goal. I started developing breasts when I was only in the second grade so most of my breast is tissue, not fat. And since my breasts are HUGE (I currently wear an H cup and I personally think I could use a bigger), even if I lost some weight in my breasts they'd still be huge. So breast reduction, here I come.

I'm almost near my goal, I think (I'm in Germany and I don't have a scale but I must've lost a few pounds after hiking 5 miles a day around Berlin and Dresden for a week!!!), and I'm honestly considering getting a boob job. Sure, I'm just 18 and I haven't lost the large amount of weight that some women have, but mine feel just awful. None of my tops fit me well anymore, they are all saggy and the skin is loose, and I think I might have to buy new bras again because my 36B is feeling too loose. I started at a 38B so I've never had large ones and they haven't grown any since junior high but still. I feel like I should have nice breasts at this age and not icky-nasty saggy ones!! I feel so shallow thinking like this... but it's just how I feel, you know? I hope you understand.

I am seeing my specialist on June 30th and with being so close to goal, I am going to ask if it would be OK for me to have a breast lift. I have done so well losing weight and am just really disappointed in how my breasts look. I think I should be proud of my body and not so upset with saggy, ugly breasts. My husband says that it would be fine with him and supports me all the way. I do have a lot of health problems and feel that I need an OK from my specialist before proceeding.

I definitely need help in this department but money is an issue and I totally understand the "foreign object" concern. I was one of those people who had boobs because I was fat. At my highest weight I was a 38DD. I am now wearing sports bras that are a size 36C and that's a little bit of breast tissue and a whole lot of skin being put into that C cup. LOL!! Hopefully some day I'll hit the lotto so I can buy myself the boobs I've always wanted. LOL!!
