Candy sometimes that's what it takes to shock your system, I gained I think from doing so much yard work and I also ate pot roast with potatoes and had a slice of pecan pie but what is so nice about Atkins is that it won't take long to get it back off! Plus I chose to have the pie without feeling guilty I love it

Gained but I think its muscle from all the yard work from yesterday, I cut down all my shrubs , pulled weeds for 3 1/2 hours.YIKES

Well basically I transitioned into this about 8 days ago and have since lost 3 pounds.
It is different depending on who you are. Some say only from the animal kingdom, and that includes eggs and cheese. Some include oils from the plant world, like me. I like walnut Oil (loaded with vitamins) and CO. So I do eggs, meat, cheese (a little) and Oils.
No cravings,
Starting to feel really good.
But I will say, even though I came from an atkins approach, going ZC had a little adaption that has taken place. Some have keto flu like symptoms going into this. I may be past it after this week. But OMG! I am sleeping good. This is no small victory for me.
