I am here Ubee.... I had a bad couple of days.. Wedding Sat for my co worker, cookie baking Sunday Christmas party Monday and work ALOT of ot last night.. sigh.. well all I can say is... bad food .. you have me for 40 more hours and that is IT! 26th is perfect day!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! and Just enjoyed your families and friends and stayed warm (Yikes.. we will be 80 today too warm!)

Okay.. for me.. I am up up up up again... lord 23 lbs higher than my low in August BOOOOOOOOO and BOO again!. But I KNOW I can lose it. I know what to do. Its the mind change and the commitment. That is the tough part when you slip is getting the commitment back. Its a 1 day 1 meal 1 thought at a time thing. I WILL DO IT! I so want to lose what I gained. My father asked me if I was gaining weight REALLY?? it took me losing 85 lbs the 1st time for them to notice I had lost. Now I gained 20 and he says something GRRRRR I also feel happier and lighter (in spirit) when I eat on plan. I just do and I remind myself about that feeling every day as I miss it! and the clothes and smaller underwear are getting tight (waahhhhh) Got the trueisms and now I need to act.

Enough of my rant... HAPPY DAY TO YOU ALL! MAY YOUR SPIRITS SOAR TODAY!
