ok, can someone share the mashed cauliflower recipe? also this pumpkin cheesecake?
(can you use easy pumpkin pie mix, or do you have to do pure pumpkin.)

You have to use pure pumpkin. Pumpkin pie mix is FULL of carbs and sugar.
Here's some great cheesecake recipes:

This recipe is the lowest in carbs that I've seen and also has great reviews. If it's made without the crust, I believe it's Induction friendly. With the crust it should be a special treat:

My Thanksgiving menu:
Pot roast, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, and a bisque that my mom makes which shouldn't be too high in carbs. Dessert will be one of those lovely cheesecakes up there. Happy holidays!
