I started today and I felt great! Other than the head ache! Tomorrow I plan on incorporating more vegetables in, I did slack a little there! I just hope I can stick to it this time. I did Atkins last summer and fell off the wagon when I was on vacation and unfortunately never got back on! I'm hoping to lose 50 pounds and I know I can do it, if I just stick with it. I know this plan works the best, so here I am!

I have been doin Atkins for the last 9 days and have lost 11lbs!! Me and a couple friends are all doin it together.. In the book when it talks about the headaches and stuff like that, it said you can drink a cup of chicken bullion and it will help< and believe me it does!!!! My daughter was about to pass out her first couple days and she drank that and has been fine... I have been drinking it in the afternoons when I get that lull and want to munch, really seems to be helping!!! Good luck to you!!

Thank you! Today is DAy 3 and the headaches have subsided! I am just prone to headaches anyways. I am a huge migraine sufferer. Today was also great. Not to mention I am super proud of myself because there has been a huge tupperware of mini browines on my counter now and I have not touched them at all! The sucky part is that I am living with my parents and my sister and they are all super small! I dont know where I came from, but my sister is a double zero! I didnt even know that exsisted! So, needless to say my house is always filled with junk food and it is very testy to a someone who wants to change the way they eat! I am hoping I can no give in to temptation at least until I move out in a couple months!
