I have been on Atkins for 19 days now and lost 15 pounds in the first two weeks. This third week I have lost nothing. But I am keeping doing what I am doing. I am following the plan strictly by the book. Has anyone else stalled in their third week? Should I consider moving on to owl?

I'm pretty sure it's normal...a few here told me it isn't a stall unless it lasts several weeks...lol. I've went a week without a loss several times over the past 13 weeks or so. Is clothing still loosening?

I think stalling is normal for most everyone. I was stalled for a long time and thought I was already in menopause when lo and behold, I wasn't! So I was retaining lots of water and even though I lost weight, now I am still losing water.

Just be patient and follow this WOE and I promise you the weight will come off. Are you exercising at all? That helps.
