B: Sugar Free Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal (I bought it because it was on sale I hope it taste good)
L: Salad with chicken, black beans, corn, and salsa
D: Chicken Soup with whole wheat egg noodles, oyster crackers
S: Apple, Orange, string cheese, maybe something salty like pretzels or popcorn or a bowl of cereal depends on the mood.
WO: I’m going to get on the treadmill since I'm getting a ride to and from school (it's cold).
Water: 3 Liters, I didn’t drink much at all yesterday but I’m going to try and get it all in today!!!
