    B: Corn Chex, Non-Fat Milk, and banana
    L: Salad, chicken, black beans, corn and either fat-free ranch or salsa
    D: I think pasta, tomato sauce and meat balls, parmesan cheese
    S: String Chesse, fruit, maybe pretzels

    WO: Walking 40 minutes
    Water: 3 L (I got all 3 in yesterday!!!)
  • B: Bran Flakes, 1% milk, earl grey tea
    L: 1/2 ham sandwich, 15 grapes, ff yogurt, 1c butternut squash soup
    S: cheez-its
    D: gnocchi w/ homemade tomato sauce and leftover chicken (1-2oz), spinach salad

  • B: oatmeal w/ blueberries and ff milk
    S: banana and almonds
    L: Turkey wrap w/ spinach, ff mayo, and cheese, carrot sticks and broccoli florets
    S: clementine and yogurt
    D: corn tortillas w/ tomato, avocado, blackbeans, and mozz cheese
