Default i'm back to 170 pounds! wheee!

i decided to take my puppy firefox out for a walk to my sister's house today and it was about 1 and half mile away. i had a weight scale but i returned the weight scale to the store. it wasn't working correctly. and i didn't have the chance to buy another one. so i stopped by my sis's house to check how much total weight i've lost. i haven't check my weight for about one week and half. anyway, i discovered that i weight 170 now! i used to weight 170 about 2 months ago and now i'm back to where I was! i removed 13 pounds from 183 to 170 in about 2 weeks and half. Yay! i feel so great!

then i walked all the way to my mom's house from my sis's house and it was another 1 mile away. it was a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng walk back home haha. i have been walking with my puppy firefox a lot and exercising on my treadmill for 40 minutes everyday.

also, i hope to reach 150 pounds by end of july for my boyfriend's sister's wedding. if i continue doing this then it's possible.

dang i'm so proud of myself. i'm very motivated to lose weight than ever!

stay healthy!!!

Hooray!!!! Good for you, and good for the walking!!! I too have a little victory...I've been at 191 for over two weeks, just stuck there. Weighed in yesterday and i;ve lost one pound. It's small, but feels good to be moving again.

I know you are floating on cloud 9. Way to go. I see you've lost a bit of weight prior to getting back to 170, so congrats on all of your hard work. Stay motivated and you'll reach your goal before you know it.

Last night I didn't want to exercise because I was extremely tired from school & work. But my boyfriend encouraged me & said “I'll take you to the park with our puppy Firefox.” At first I didn't really want to go but I told myself I have to go! And I ran one mile straight and I was proud of myself. It was very hard but I did it!

It’s nice to have someone to support me.

hope y'all have some support from your friends & families.
