has anyone tried this diet plan, i hear people really loose on it, but what to hear from people who have actually tried it.

im not sure what you are talking about but 11 yrs ago i lost 65 lbs in short time w the ww fat and fiber plan now they offer core which is very similar
20/30 fat and fiber plan
