For those of you that are new, we have a thread starting at the beginning of every month called "
The Monthly Fitness Challenge" where we each set up our own goals that we want to obtain by the end of the month and update it daily to see our own progress. It is usually a "
sticky" so if you haven't seen it it is one of the top threads.
Anyway, I was looking through other forums and was wondering if any of you would like to consider and include other challenges as well in the 20-somethings forum.
I will post a poll in a day or two with the suggestions that most people like or would want to participate in and if we get enough people wanting to start a certain one then I'll sticky another new challenge.
Now it's your chance feel free to speak your mind and give input!
