Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bridget and I'm a married 24 year old stay at home mom to 4 children, ages 7, 6, 2 and 10mo.
I am so excitied about being on the SBD! I love it already! I've lost 7.5 lbs already and I'm still only 1 week into phase 1. I decided since 1/16 I will be turning 25, it's time to start getting back into shape before my body gives me a harder time about it.
I'm looking forward to meeting new friends, getting great dieting advice and for support/supporting each other on the road to a healthy lifestyle and body!
