Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bridget and I'm a married 24 year old stay at home mom to 4 children, ages 7, 6, 2 and 10mo.
I am so excitied about being on the SBD! I love it already! I've lost 7.5 lbs already and I'm still only 1 week into phase 1. I decided since 1/16 I will be turning 25, it's time to start getting back into shape before my body gives me a harder time about it.
I'm looking forward to meeting new friends, getting great dieting advice and for support/supporting each other on the road to a healthy lifestyle and body!

You're going to love it here! This is a great group of girls and we're all very supportive. Any questions you might have, we will answer the best we can. And we're good if you just need support or motivation, or if you just want to blow off steam (um, hi. I tend to blow off steam.)
