Wow what a pleasant surprise!
Thank you all so much for all the good wishes

Didn't really do much special. Hubby is on the road again, but my girls baked and iced a cake. I made manicotti, which is something I have never made before. The Kraft Whats Cooking mag came in the mail and there was a recipe and it looked easy. Not low cal, but rather tasty! I made the sauce so that kept all the extra sodium etc out. So all in all a fun day!
