Hi there. I am new here. I am a 27 year old mom of 3 beautiful little girls. I gained so much weight being pregnant, but knew we were trying again, I never did anything to take it off. Well, now our youngest is 4 months old, we are not having anymore children, and I am paying for taking off the last few years from diet and exercise.
I am very motivated to do this. I have already started portion control, working out, and counting calories. I would love to lose 40 to 50 pounds by June for a wedding I am in, but any amount I am down will do. Anyone have any advice?
