I did my legs yesterday and today I am so sore I can hardly walk. Should I go ahead and do my 20 minutes of cardio (treadmill). I don't want to over do it and hurt myself.

Any opinions??

Can you take a nice hot soak in a tub, maybe with some epsom salts?

I can't give you advice, I can only say that when I have felt sore and achy, moderate exercise, such as walking at 3.0 MPH, helps to ease the achyness.

I would do the tradmill and work thru the soreness, but maybe not go as fast as you noramlly do. Walk don't run, but don't push so hard that you create injury. A good soak with epsolm (sp?) salts and a massage with eucaliptus oil/lotion will help with the aching though.

When I am sore I work out and feel much better afterwards. If you are extremely sore your cardio may not be as intense but it will do you good. Don't forget to stretch well after your cardio too...
