Red face Journal - Thursday, June 21, 2001

Well, I lost 1.8 last night at weigh in. Let's see if I can keep this up....

Decaf coffee (0/0)
FF yogurt w/Kashi cereal (3/3)
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/7)

Turkey sandwich on 2 slices LF bread (2/9)
Carrots (0/9)
Strawberries/Cantaloupe (1/10)

Huge salad w/FF dressing (2/15)
1 cup skim milk (2/17)

Snack:

Water:
96 oz so far

Exercise:
none today

'Mornin' kt and LM. Exercised and stayed somewhat OP yesterday (i.e., no excessive snacking at work). Hopefully, I will go along in the same vein today.

trying to journal and remember my evening foibles is rather hard...

yesterday's mid afternoon snack:
chocolate chip cookie 5/5
cottage cheese 2/7
baked kettle chips 1.5/8.5

dinner:
artichoke
ground turkey breast meat 2/10.5
cheese 3/13.5
tortilla chips 3/16.5
salsa

snack:
1 small amaretti cookie .5/17

breakfast:

lunch:

amy's veggie enchiladas 5/25
water


dinner:
thai food extravaganza
featuring:
tom yum gai 3/28

veggies
chicken in some sort of sauce 4/36

sticky rice pudding 4/40

yikes!

exercise: dog putter this am, afternoon and evening

challenge: thai food this evening
