Awesome goal Andrea!!!
I did lots of light activity at first, like walking, mostly because I couldn't do much else. I was so out of shape!
I recently stepped up my activity, too, and now that I am so much lighter, the workouts have been easier.
It was a bit discouraging at first, because I felt like I was so out of shape, but after about 2 weeks, the workouts were WAY easier, and I FEEL SO PUMPED after them. So if you feel like it is too hard at first, STICK TO IT!!! It WILL get easier, and the rush you will get from being successful is SO WORTH IT!!!
