OK, this is my challange for myself and anyone else that wants to join in. First my breif story, I've been doing WW for about 20 months now and never did a lick of exercise.
I know, but now I have been struggling and I think it's time to shake it up. My challange for The month of September:
FIRST
DRINK ALL OF MY WATER, IF NOT MORE!!
SECOND
EXERCISE EVERY DAY IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM!!
I am asking for some support from all you great people out there, I will start logging in every day so I hold myself accountable, but I NEED HELP!!!!
