Hi!
I hope you all are doing well, but I am been having a tough time with LAWL. For the last few weeks, I have been losing, but only a few ounces at a time. This week I gained and my counselor's solution was putting me on the fast forward for two days!!! She gave me no ideas about what to eat in the long run (only that I shouldn't eat Lean Pockets, Tuna or low fat cheese anymore). Can you guys help me with what you typically eat in a day? Maybe I am eating too much of something and not enough of another...
