Question Gain on LAWL!! Please help with food ideas!

I hope you all are doing well, but I am been having a tough time with LAWL. For the last few weeks, I have been losing, but only a few ounces at a time. This week I gained and my counselor's solution was putting me on the fast forward for two days!!! She gave me no ideas about what to eat in the long run (only that I shouldn't eat Lean Pockets, Tuna or low fat cheese anymore). Can you guys help me with what you typically eat in a day? Maybe I am eating too much of something and not enough of another...

How long have you been doing the program? Sometimes small changes can cause temporary this first week you've gained or have you gained over a couple of weeks? Some things they have told me in the past is to get my starches and fruits in before dinner and they've also advised me to switch to one of the powder versions of the LA Lites (such as pudding or the beverage) rather than the bars.

Give us a few more details and I'm sure we can come up with something to help you!
