Hey,
I just wanted to know for ya'll that have been doing the SBD for a while to you have to follow the meals plans exactly? For some foods you wouldn't eat can you incorporate a different meal from the meal plan?

Hi Ashley, no you absolutely do not have to follow the meal plans. They are there to give you pointers, or if you like to follow a plan, you can, but you can make up your own meals and snacks from the allowed foods.

They are simply suggestions - and expensive and complicated ones in my opinion.
Just peruse the Revised Food List in the FAQ section and make your own plan.
