This has been a good week. I have been able to stick to my plan quite well. I have also started to jog a little in my daily walks. I have been staying the ssame for the longest time so I thought I should shake things up for a bit. I use to hate jogging: but I am enjoying it right now,maybe because I challanged myself and set a goal!? I am not sure why but It has become fun!!!fOR NOW ANYWAY.. I do hope to be down this weigh in on Wednesday so three more days til that big day.
Good for you Barbie!! I'm sure you'll see a nice weightloss with the addition of your jogging. Its also nice to 'change things up' with your plan...whether its with excercise or just the varying recipies. Good luck with your weighin!!
