This has been a good week. I have been able to stick to my plan quite well. I have also started to jog a little in my daily walks. I have been staying the ssame for the longest time so I thought I should shake things up for a bit. I use to hate jogging:
but I am enjoying it right now,maybe because I challanged myself and set a goal!? I am not sure why but It has become fun!!!fOR NOW ANYWAY.. I do hope to be down this weigh in on Wednesday so three more days til that big day.
