You did right by keeping that one incident under control-and starting over again this morning and making yourself work out.
You have lost a lot of weight, and that is the key to making your goal, and to keeping the weight off once you meet that goal. You are going to slip up now and then-but when you do-just go on like it didn't happen.
I find that if you do that-there isn't a lot of damage done. It is when you slip up-start beating yourself up for it, and then end up not working out or eating right the rest of the day that you get into trouble. For a lot of us that one incident turns into a week or two of bad choices and one incident becomes 5 pounds gained back a month later.
You did right by doing what you did today. You should be proud.
