I'm on day 5 of Phase I and haven't had any problem sticking to the diet so far. I seem to have lost a pound or two, but of course, it's probably a bit too early to tell.
Anyway, I have a package of soy flour in my kitchen, and I"d like to use it to make my recipes more interesting. However, I can't find any sources that definitively state whether soy flour is permissible during phase I. I read the ingredients label on the package, but all it says is, "soy flour," which isn't very helpful!
Does anyone know for sure whether soy flour is OK for phase I?
