Question soy flour for Phase I

I'm on day 5 of Phase I and haven't had any problem sticking to the diet so far. I seem to have lost a pound or two, but of course, it's probably a bit too early to tell.
Anyway, I have a package of soy flour in my kitchen, and I"d like to use it to make my recipes more interesting. However, I can't find any sources that definitively state whether soy flour is permissible during phase I. I read the ingredients label on the package, but all it says is, "soy flour," which isn't very helpful!
Does anyone know for sure whether soy flour is OK for phase I?

Welcome to The Beach!
I think it should be OK in small amounts. Is it for thickening? I have no idea how it would work in baking but have used it and bean flour to thicken sauces.

Since soy beans are allowed, I would imagine soy flour is OK as well, so long as you don't over do it.
