I am new to this forum, I'm usually in the "November Walkers, Just Walking" forum. Anyway, I just started trying it the Atkins way 11/15/04 and wanted to know how long will it be before I see any results? I'm not rushing it just excited (oh yeah I try to work out 4-5 days a week)!
Welcome !! If your talking about scale #'s going down, you should see it move by the end of your first week if you are doing everything correctly (some folks see it the 3rd day or so). Let us know, we're excited for you too !!!
hey Birdee. Welcome!! I'm hoping you read the book so you know how to accomplish things the way Atkins is supposed to be "done". And like Leenie said, if you're doing it correctly, you could see things as early as the 2nd day. Or as much as the 2nd week. Some people don't lose as fast as others.
