I think your journal looks great! Do you have a day scheduled for rest? I am totally pumped to work out every day but I have been told that I need one day of rest. I AM worried about burning out. I just don't know.
i really need to update it so i guess i will while im here, lol. i usually try not to rest, but if something comes up like last week, then i do. right now i am up to 1 1/2 cardio x6 light weights x3, heavy weights x 1-2 and light cardio x1.
