[jetpuffed mom]

Hi, I'm new here and could really use some advice. I had a pituitary tumor removed 2 months ago and have been taking 7 1/2 mg. of prednisone a day. I am also insulin dependent now due to the damage from the tumor. My doctor told me that my being fat is killing me and my son (bless his heart) told the doc that I'm not fat just jetpuffed. Anyhow, I am on restrictions and cant do much. I am soooo tired of being fat, having no energy to do anything and dont know which diet would work best.
