Exclamation Slimming World Cereal Bars

Does anyone else buy these?

I love them. You can have them as a healthy extra b or they are 6 (maybe 6 and a half) syns.

I have had the following flavours:

Cherry Almond (my least favourite - tastes like bakewell tart)
Mince Pie - Quite Nice
Apricot and White Chocolate - Nice
Toffee and Pecan - Really Nice (used to be my favourite)
**NEW** Chocolate Orange - Really Yummy - far too nice to be a healthy extra surely - lol

You can buy them at meetings and they cost £1 for 3.

Last week I bought 3 packs of the Choc Orange, One Toffee Pecan and One Apricot and White Choc.

I eat them as healthy extras rather than waste my syns - lol. They are great to chuck in your handbag for when you are out and about.

I don't think you can get them from anywhere else but if you contact a local sw consultant you can probably turn up at a group and buy some. I have seen people just turn up and buy them. I dunno if they (target?) members or not.

That's true! Soon as you've weighed at my group people are tearing in to them! I suspect some people don't have their tea before weigh in.

Yes - I am one of those people who don't eat before weigh in!

.....And don't drink after 4pm....and I wear the same clothes and shoes every week.... and visit the ladies several times beforehand haha!

Well - it's like an experiment - you have to keep all of the "conditions" the same to get an accurate reading! And also - that way whatever the result - I have no excuses to tell myself

My friend is worse - before class - she gets on her home scales - then has a nap for an hour or so - and then weighs herself again and she is miraculously lighter! (Well you are for some reason in the morning aren't you)...so then she ready for the SW weigh in!

It's my weigh in tonite - am already dreaming of my Choc Orange Bar! How sad I am!

love the sleeping before weighing idea - lol.

Which ones do you warm in the microwave?

I love the brownie ones and the apricot and yoghurt ones and the banoffee flavour ones all from M&S.

I notice that Batchelors have started doing their savoury rice in microwave packs too - which is great news although have to check the syns.

It is my mum's birthday today so have been to watch a DVD at her house and had a bit of a pig out.

Lost 2lb this week though.

The toffee ones are good warmed in the microwave - and i would imagine the choc orange ones are divine - but then I haven't yet tried it for fear of wasting any of the chocolate! Mind you - could lick the bowl!

Hey have you tried making the syn free tortilla crisps and syn free dips on a green day? They may be good next time you watching a dvd? They are just lasagne sheets cut into triangles - sprayed with the "heaven sent" fry light and banged in the oven. I tried once and left them in too long and they burnt - but my SW consultant made them really nice.

AND have you tried the Sveltese Lemon Cheese Cake yoghurts for 1.5 syn? They are amazing I swear!! yum yum!

I have made the tortilla chips before. I eat them with WW BBQ Salsa which is also free - yummy.

I also love that yoghurt. I love Shape greek style too but they are 3.5 each - worth it though.
